When will my order arrive?
We will deliver your order within 1 to 5 business days.
If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, the shipment will not be processed until we confirm receipt of the invoice amount.
After we confirm receiving the payment when bank transfer is selected as the payment method,
You won’t need to wait long; a representative from the shipping company will contact you on the mobile number registered with us to coordinate the delivery time.
Please make sure to answer calls to your mobile so the delivery representative can coordinate the delivery schedule with you. Kindly note that official working days at Al Saif World are Saturday to Thursday, and delivery is not available on Fridays, Saturdays, or official holidays and public occasions.
The exchange and return policy at Al Saif World guarantees your rights in the purchase, return, and exchange process.
- In case you are not satisfied with the product or if it is defective, you have the right to return within 7 days and exchange within 10 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used.
- You can return or exchange through any Al Saif World branch across the Kingdom. If there is no branch in your city, you can contact us at: 0500314888
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, the customer will not be charged any shipping fees.
- If there is no defect in the product and the customer wishes to exchange or return it, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
- Returns or exchanges via WhatsApp due to no longer wanting the product will require the customer to pay the shipping fees.
- If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped, please contact 055314888. The shipping company will be notified to return the shipment, and the shipping fee will be deducted when refunding the customer.
- After we receive the product, it will be inspected by specialized technicians to ensure it is in good condition, and a replacement product will be shipped or the amount refunded within 14 business days.
- If a replacement product is not available, the product amount will be refunded to the customer.
- If a malfunction occurs after using the product, you must contact the product’s authorized agent for maintenance.
- In case the website is hacked or technical/operational errors occur, Al Saif World has the right to cancel orders, apologize to the customer, and refund the full amount without any deduction within 3 to 14 business days.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, if the product quantity runs out, Al Saif World has the right to cancel the order and apologize to the customer.
- Discounted products can be exchanged but not returned.
