5. Delivery Policy
Upon delivery, you will be asked to provide an electronic signature or sign a printed copy of the invoice, which confirms that you have received all items listed on the invoice.
If you are not present at the delivery address, we may deliver the order to any person present at the address, and their signature on the invoice will be considered as confirmation that the customer received the items.
If we are unable to deliver to the specified address, please contact Customer Service to schedule another delivery attempt. The company is not responsible for any order that is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase.
